Munduk is a peaceful village in the northern highlands, surrounded by forest, clove and coffee plantations. It is a favourite for travellers who want waterfalls and fresh air away from the crowds.
Walks lead to Munduk, Melanting and the Banyumala twin waterfalls, and viewpoints over Lake Buyan and Lake Tamblingan. Combine it with Bedugul, or continue to Lovina on the north coast.
